Commissioning me means you have read and accepted the TOS.
This is how I work with commissions. It is important for you to read and understand to avoid any issues.

I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.I own the rights to my artwork and may post to my gallery, Twitter, Instagram etc. Please do not claim my art as yours or edit it without permission.Payment is through PayPal invoice only. Once I accept your commission, you must provide your PayPal email so I can send you an invoice. I will not start your commission until the invoice is fully paid.I AM A VERY SLOW ARTIST. DO NOT COMMISSION ME IF YOU ARE NOT PATIENT. The estimated wait time for a commission is up to 6 months. On extreme cases, it could take up to a year. You are more than welcome to ask for WIPs or any update with the commission. However, please refrain from asking everyday / almost everyday. You are free to request a due date, but it will increase the chances of your commission request being denied.The finished piece will be sent through sta.sh. Please save it as soon as possible. There may be a time where I will have to delete the image.I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNLESS I CANNOT FINISH YOUR COMMISSION. PLEASE DO NOT ASSUME I CANNOT FINISH YOUR COMMISSION. If I cannot do your commission, you will be fully refunded. However, if I have to refund for any other reason, you will be permanently blacklisted.The sketch is the ONLY time I will add/edit things UNLESS the finished picture has a mistake that was my fault. Ex: the ref showed markings but I didn’t add them.Prices may increase without notice. Customers who purchased a commission before the price change are not affected.Commissions by default are for PERSONAL USE unless stated otherwise, please do NOT make any sort of profit from my art. Do not associate any of my art with NFTs and AI (even with commercial usage).

Commercial use

Commercial rights can be given for an extra 75% of the original commission price. For example: The commercial rights fee for a 60$ commission will be 45$.Once commercial rights have been purchased:
They are bound only to the purchaser.
The purchaser is free to make profits of any scale. DOES NOT INCLUDE NFTS AND AI USAGE.
The purchaser is free to use the artwork on any website, platform, or merchandise.
The purchaser is free to use the artwork without credit, however, I, Sumiiya, will still remain the right to claim themselves as the creator of the artwork.

Adoptables/DESIGNS

Adopts/designs from closed species do not apply here. Please visit the closed species TOS.If you claim an adopt/design:
The adopt does not belong to you until the invoice for the adopt is fully paid off.
Holds up for 3 days are allowed.
**Payment plans of one month if AB1 or AB2 are allowed. A down payment of at least 50$ is required. **
Failure of payment plan will result in being blacklisted.
Refunds are not allowed for any adopts or designs.Once you own an adopt/design:
By default, all designs/adopts are for personal use only, however, I offer commercial rights for the fee given.
You are free to add any changes to the design, but please avoid editing the original artwork I provided.
You are free to resell/trade/gift any of my designs/adopts. Commissions can be added to the original sale price. Please do not go above original price + commissions when reselling my designs/adopts.
